It works for both the iso and the retail release. Of course a valid Battle.Net CD key is still needed. But now you can save your original in a safe place. All version crc checking has been rerouted to use war3.org (which is the securom protected exe). So make sure you keep that file in your Warcraft III Directory. Extract the two included files in the archive into your Warcraft III 1.13b directory. Make sure your Warcraft 3 is at version 1.13b first! Else update it.
